Cancellation Policy
- Notice Requirement: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late Cancellations: Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% payment fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to show without notice will result in a 100% payment fee.
- Shary’s Services: Due to the size of her reservations, Shary requires 72 hours’ notice. Weddings, events, packages, multiple services, and permanent makeup also require a retainer, which will be forfeited if proper notice is not given.
Lateness Policy
- If a client arrives 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to keep our day running smoothly.
- If a client arrives 15 minutes or more late, they may be asked to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, only the portion of the service that can be completed within the remaining time will be provided.

- If you are unsatisfied with any service, please email Shary at makeupbyss@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue. Please include photos so we can better address your concern.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
Payments
- All payment types are accepted.
- Preferred method: Venmo.
Courtesy & Environment
- Kindly understand that our schedules are appointment-based and vital for the income of our service providers.
- Our studio is smoke-free and vape-free, and we ask the same courtesy when we are on location.
