Bridal, Permanent Makeup, and Multi-Service bookings will require a 50% retainer to reserve your appointment.
All correspondence needs to go through Shary at makeupbyss@gmail.com. Although we understand the need to possibly talk in person we ask that all details go through email only.
We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations so that we can accommodate other guests. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours will incur a 50% payment fee. No-shows will result in a 100% payment fee.
If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule to ensure the smooth operation of our services for other guests
If you are unsatisfied with any service, please contact Shary at makeupbyss@gmail.com within 48 hours so that we can address and resolve the issue. Please take pictures!
