For rebooking or changes, please text your stylist or technician directly.

- If a client arrives 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to keep our day running smoothly.
- If a client arrives 15 minutes or more late, they may be asked to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, only the portion of the service that can be completed within the remaining time will be provided.
Service Satisfaction
- If you are unsatisfied with any service, please email Shary at makeupbyss@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue. Please include photos so we can better address your concern.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
Payments
- All payment types are accepted.
- Preferred method: Venmo.

- Kindly understand that our schedules are appointment-based and vital for the income of our service providers.
- Our studio is smoke-free and vape-free, and we ask the same courtesy when we are on location.

Bookings with Shary and Freelance Team
- Reservation Only: Services are by reservation only.
- Retainer Requirement: Bridal, Permanent Makeup, and Multi-Service bookings as well as times that are in demand April through November will require a 50% retainer to reserve any appointment. Any cancellation is non refundable as we have more than likely refused other guests. Please understand we are a small business and cancellations, no shows or a cancellation in general that we can not rebook hurts not only the business, service provider but also other guests that have been turned away not having availability. Correspondence: All details and correspondence must go through Shary at makeupbyss@gmail.com. While we understand the need for phone conversations, email ensures that everything is documented clearly.
